NPAT Education Priorities- September 2023
The aim of the NPAT Education Strategy is to further improve educational provision and raise the academic attainment of all children across the trust. This will be achieved by engaging with evidence and:
- Improving the quality of teacher and support staff professional development to ensure high quality provision for all children
- Ensuring schools have a consistent and effective approach to teaching
- Securing high-quality leadership at all levels across schools
- Ensuring schools have a broad, rich and rigorous curriculum offer across core and wider curriculum subjects
- Developing and implementing an effective, evidence-based Inclusion strategy to ensure the best provision and outcomes for all disadvantaged and vulnerable children
NPAT- Key Education Performance Indicators
- All schools to aspire to achieve above national levels of attainment by the end of Key Stage 2.
- Assessment data demonstrates that all schools have improving outcomes
- Outcomes for disadvantaged children are above disadvantaged peers nationally and the gap is narrowing with non-disadvantaged peers.
- The quality of education that children receive in trust schools is good or better.
- Good or better outcomes in Ofsted inspections.
